Psychic power - Egg Psychic
Egg psychic is one of the techniques of psychic powers use that involves liquids and the predictive patterns they make. In Louisiana today, for example, breaking a raw egg and reading the way the yolk and white separate is still in use. This technique has been described by Tracey Peterson, who recalled that her great-grandmother, Alexina Charpentier Renaud, used to break three eggs into three glasses of water and say that she saw images in the feeler of the eggs.

On one occasion Renaud used egg divination to locate her son, Randolph, a soldier stationed in France during World War I until peace agreement. He had been writing regularly but then his whereabouts became unknown. His mother decided to 'ask an egg'. When she did so, she saw in the egg 'a tiny image of a train', including miniature passengers. When Randolph returned, he confirmed that at the time his mother had practiced egg psychic, he had indeed been on the train heading for Louisiana.
